Refund policy

 At SUCKR we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, in the case that something didn’t go to plan, please see below.  

 

RETURNS

SUCKR accepts returns within 30 days of purchase

Items MUST be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition which they were received. 

Please note, sale items are not for return.

SUCKR does not offer refunds for change of customer mind. 

For all return and refund enquiries, please initiate an email to hello@suckr.com.au with your order number, details, and reason for return and we will be in touch shortly. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
